Definitions
"Scripts": Software packages provided by CodeShack, which may include code written in PHP, Python, and Node.js, and are intended for web development enhancement.
"Licensee": The individual or entity that downloads or uses the Scripts under this Agreement.
"Licensor": CodeShack, the provider and licensor of the Scripts.
"Significant Modification": Substantial changes to the Scripts that add unique functionality or value, markedly differentiating the modified Scripts from the original version.
"Extended Licensing Option": A negotiated license allowing the Licensee to redistribute the Scripts, in their original or slightly modified form, to third parties.
"Download": The act of transferring Scripts from CodeShack's website to the Licensee's device.
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between CodeShack ("Licensor") and you, the licensee ("Licensee"), upon the date of digital acceptance or download of any Scripts from CodeShack's website.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Scripts for both personal and business purposes. Licensee is authorized to modify the Scripts and integrate them into their projects an unlimited number of times.
2. Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in the Scripts and associated intellectual property remain with the Licensor. The Scripts are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Use and Redistribution
a. Licensee may modify the Scripts for personal or business use.
b. Redistribution of the Scripts in their original or minimally modified form is prohibited unless significantly modified.
c. Licensee may redistribute significantly modified Scripts if a separate package is purchased for each end-user.
d. Licensees wishing to redistribute without significant modification may discuss an Extended Licensing Option with the Licensor.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued once a package has been downloaded. Licensees should review all available information and use any demos or trials before purchasing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE SCRIPTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SCRIPTS.
6. Restrictions
Licensee shall not distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Scripts without prior written consent from the Licensor.
7. General Provisions
a. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Licensor is located.
b. Entire Agreement: Constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
c. Amendment: Only written amendments signed by both parties are valid.
By downloading, installing, or using the Scripts, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
